The following described as follows: Decedent owned undivided one-half Interest in the two (2) contiguous parcels of residential real estate: Parcel #1: Situated in the Township of Boardman, Mahoning County, Ohio and known as being Lot #2 in the Blake-Finch Plat No. 1 G.L. 1 Boardman Township, Div 4, Mahoning County, Ohio received for record July 24,1990, at 3:30 p.m., and recorded in Plat Vol. 82 P. 215 Mahoning County Records. Said Lot #2 has 125 feet on frontage along the easterly line of Tippecanoe Road and extends back between parallel lines a distance of 190 feet with a rear line of 125 feet as shown by said Plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
